Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver within our service area around the store. Use the PIN code checker on our home page or share your location in the app to see if we deliver to you.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on your distance from the store and may be free above a minimum order value. The exact amount is always shown before you place your order.

Store pickup

Prefer to collect it yourself? Choose Store pickup at checkout. It’s free.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered the same day. You’ll get a notification when your order is packed, out for delivery and delivered.

Missed delivery

If no one is available, our delivery partner will try to call you. Repeated failed deliveries may lead to the order being cancelled.
