Delete your account
You can delete your Diya’s Mart account at any time.
Delete it in the app
- Open the Diya’s Mart app and sign in.
- Go to Account and tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.
Can’t open the app?
Email us from the address you registered with, using the subject Delete my account. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm. Our contact details are below.
What is deleted
- Your login (email, password or Google sign-in link), name, phone number and date of birth
- Saved addresses and map locations
- Cart, saved items, notifications and notification settings
- The link between your phone and push notifications
What we keep
If you have placed orders, the order records (order number, items, amounts, payment method, and the name, phone and delivery address printed on each order) are kept for accounting and tax purposes, as the law requires. They are no longer connected to any login and are never used for marketing.
Orders that are still being prepared or delivered must be completed or cancelled before the account can be deleted.
